AI Solutions Lead / Founder’s Office

Jatevo / Aiccelerate is looking for an AI Solutions Lead to work directly with the founder on business development, enterprise AI solutioning, and project execution.

This is not a traditional sales role, project manager role, or pure technical role. We are looking for someone who can combine business thinking, technical curiosity, and self-directed execution.

The role focuses on identifying enterprise AI opportunities, shaping client-specific AI solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting implementation using agentic tools such as OpenClaw ↗, Hermes, Claude Code ↗, Codex ↗, and LLM APIs.

We build and implement AI solutions for enterprises. Our work may include:

• private / on-prem AI deployment
• local LLM infrastructure
• enterprise chatbot and AI agent deployment
• workflow automation
• AI operating layers on top of existing business systems
• hardware + software solution packaging
• customized AI workflows for client operations
• AI implementation for teams with data privacy, GRC, or local deployment requirements

Some projects may involve a full enterprise solution package: hardware infrastructure, model deployment, software implementation, workflow customization, and ongoing support.

• Research target companies, industries, decision makers, and client pain points.
• Identify AI implementation opportunities from market signals, company operations, client conversations, and business processes.
• Develop solution angles for enterprise AI projects, including on-prem/private deployment, AI agents, automation, dashboards, and customized workflows.
• Draft outreach messages, meeting briefs, proposals, decks, and SOW documents.
• Join discovery calls and translate client needs into clear project scopes.
• Use AI tools for research, documentation, workflow design, prototype creation, and delivery preparation.
• Operate agentic workflows using OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, and LLM APIs.
• Help package hardware + software + implementation concepts into client-ready proposals.
• Manage follow-ups, client notes, project trackers, and delivery timelines.
• Turn founder-led ideas into repeatable business and delivery processes.

• 3–6 years in business development, consulting, product, operations, solutions consulting, pre-sales, system integration, or startup roles.
• Strong business sense: understands revenue, ROI, cost savings, process pain, and stakeholder priorities.
• Technical fluency: APIs, databases, cloud/on-prem deployment, automation, dashboards, AI tools, and software workflows.
• Clear business writing: emails, proposals, project scopes, and meeting summaries.
• Comfortable using AI tools daily. Prior experience with OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
• High ownership, fast learner, organized, and able to follow up without being reminded.
• Able to improvise, self-learn, and execute with limited instructions.

• Real project experience using OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or LLM APIs to build, automate, research, or ship work.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, automation, consulting, system integration, or digital transformation.
• Experience preparing proposals, SOWs, client decks, or solution documents.
• Experience with enterprise IT, cloud, infrastructure, hardware/software solution selling, or AI implementation.
• Previous startup, founder’s office, consulting, pre-sales, or solutions engineering experience.

• $500++ monthly LLM API budget for research, prototypes, experiments, and delivery work
• Access to internal agentic workflows and implementation patterns

• Find and qualify new business leads.
• Produce AI project ideas for target companies.
• Draft founder-quality outreach and proposals.
• Support client meetings and follow-ups.
• Operate AI tools to speed up research, documentation, and delivery.
• Create qualified project pipeline and reduce founder workload.
• Work independently without daily handholding.
