Role: Fractional DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Type: Contract / consulting basis
Location: Remote welcome
Compensation: Rp5–15M/month depending on scope, availability, and experience

Main Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our GCP environment.
Review and reduce cloud/VPS costs.
Maintain VPS, VM, Docker, and deployment infrastructure.
Improve CI/CD and deployment reliability.
Set up proper monitoring, logging, alerts, and backups.
Help decide when to use VPS, Cloud Run, ECS, Kubernetes, or other infra options.
Improve security basics: firewall, IAM, secrets, and access control.
Document infra setup and create simple runbooks.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
Familiar with GCP, AWS, or similar cloud providers.
Experience with reverse proxy, domains, SSL, and Cloudflare.
Comfortable with Postgres, Redis, logs, monitoring, and basic networking.
Able to troubleshoot production issues independently.
Practical mindset: optimize for reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency.

Nice to Have

Kubernetes, ECS, GKE, or Cloud Run experience.
Experience deploying SaaS or AI/LLM applications.
Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring experience.
Security, backup, and incident response experience.
Terraform or infrastructure-as-code experience.
